Almost every year, people prefer sticking to their
traditional menu for decades in one family, often because the recipes made were
usually passed down from generation to generation. Even though this trend has
been maintained by a lot of families, with each passing time, time is getting
more and more stringent for people to actually do with the preparations.
What alterations can we bring to make sure traditions are
made and your creative options are also fulfilled? Here are a couple of choices
that you can do this time around. You can either go for an American theme – a
table filled with pizza, pretzels and a hint of croissants and confectionaries
to complement that sweet tooth.
If you have already done that and looking for something more
creative, go for a more Chinese or Thai style menu – table laden with noodles,
dumplings, wontons, with egg or vegetable rice to pair with your favorite wine.
You can however keep one or two dishes that are from your traditional menu to
maintain the Christmas.
